The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in healthcare operations, Epic Cadence proficiency, and strong analytical skills to drive scheduling improvements and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge, skills, experience).
• 2-3 years healthcare experience in outpatient setting.
• Epic proficiency (Cadence, Prelude, etc.).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead designated Capacity Management initiatives: plan and execute advanced template management requests for ambulatory scheduling.
• Maintain decision support for accuracy of scheduling by Access Center and provide consultative services to clients.
• Provide go-live and roll-out support collaborating with Access Centers, Ambulatory and DTP.
• Analyze data streams to improve delivery of coordinated scheduling and identify areas for improvement.
