Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Capacity Management Analyst I to apply Epic Cadence expertise and drive advanced scheduling across the Ambulatory enterprise. The role focuses on implementing decision support, configuring templates, and providing go-live support to Access Centers and Ambulatory teams.

The candidate will analyze data streams, identify opportunities to improve scheduler accuracy, and collaborate with Digital and Technology Partners on template changes and incidents to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge, skills, experience)
• 1-2 years healthcare experience in outpatient setting, including operations, medical office administration, and/or healthcare information systems
• Epic knowledge (Cadence, Prelude, etc.)
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and implement decision support across various decision support for specialties across Ambulatory.
• Maintain decision support system for accuracy of scheduling by Access Centers.
• Intimate knowledge of Epic Cadence and advanced scheduling methodology.
• Provide consultative services to clients regarding outcomes and Cadence scheduling concerns.
• Provide go-live and roll-out support collaborating with Access Centers, Ambulatory and DTP.
• Analyze data streams to improve delivery of coordinated scheduling and scheduler accuracy.
