Evara Health is seeking an Epic Cadence Specialist to optimize scheduling templates, capacity planning, and patient access across its Florida sites. The role focuses on analyzing scheduling performance, driving improvements, and collaborating with IT, clinical leadership, and operations to standardize processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a related field, with 5+ years in healthcare operations and at least 3 years with EHR-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years working with EHR-based scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• EHR Scheduling & Template Optimization: maintain and optimize scheduling templates and capacity.
• Patient Access & Capacity Management: analyze capacity, availability, and access trends.
• EHR Workflow & Change Management: translate needs into requirements and requests.
• Analytics, Reporting & Performance Improvement: develop reports and dashboards on scheduling metrics.
• Support scheduling policies, workflows, and training materials.
• Collaborate with multiple teams while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Information Systems, or related field

Master's degree preferred
