Job summary

Michigan Medicine seeks a Senior Analyst to support Epic Cadence, Cadence Welcome, MyChart and related patient access features. You will coordinate deployments, optimize scheduling templates, and partner with Capacity Management to improve workflows and staff efficiency across Cadence, MyChart, and referrals.

The role requires Epic Cadence proficiency, strong project management, and collaboration with CM teams to implement new functionality and templates while maintaining thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Epic Cadence and MiChart workflows.
• Experience with patient access scheduling and templates.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinician templates and Epic workflows.
• Triages tickets, prioritizes requests, and ensures timely resolution.
• Collaborate with CM team to review access requests and build specs.
• Provide design guidance to ensure builds align with CM workflows.
• Support training needs and adoption of Epic Cadence functionalities.
