Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in healthcare operations with Epic Cadence proficiency and strong analytical and communication skills to mentor teammates and collaborate with DTP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent knowledge, skills, experience
• 2-3 years healthcare experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with healthcare operations or information systems
• Epic Cadence proficiency (Cadence, Prelude, etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Management initiatives: plan and execute advanced template management, provide scheduling decision support across specialties
• Maintain decision support for accuracy of scheduling by Access Center and CMS teams
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support for new Epic applications and modules
• Analyze data streams to improve coordinated scheduling, identify and communicate opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure templates and decision trees meet patient demand and business requirements
