Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a Principal Trainer for Professional Billing to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows. The role develops and leads training programs and materials, coordinating with other trainers to align with end-user workflows and ensure usability.

It involves classroom, WebEx, remote instruction, and on-site support, including building and testing training environments to mirror production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or in lieu of degree four years of relevant work experience accepted.
3 years of relevant professional work experience in software training, support, or project management is required or, in lieu of degree, 7 years of such experience.
Epic certification must be obtained for a specific area within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Serve as content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows.
Develop and lead training programs and materials for assigned applications.
Coordinate with other Principal Trainers to align training with end-user workflows.
Maintain training environments to closely match production environments.
Participate in go-live events and provide user support on-site or remotely.
