Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an Epic Beacon Analyst II to support development, configuration, and rollout of the Epic EHR system across the health network.

You will configure Epic modules, collaborate with clinical and operational teams, and participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including requirements gathering and testing. Onsite leadership and user training are expected as part of ongoing support and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules is highly desirable.
• Beacon certification highly desirable.
• For IIS candidates: experience in systems integration, data management, healthcare IT, and workflow automation.
• For clinical candidates: hands-on clinical experience with understanding of workflows and patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and clinical/business system activities during initiatives and implementations.
• Provide second-level support for Epic incidents and requests.
• Develop documentation of business requirements, workflows, and configurations.
• Lead testing phases during implementations, upgrades, and module additions.
