Job summary

IU Health is seeking an Epic Cupid Analyst II to join our Information Services team in Indiana. This full-time hybrid role focuses on Epic EHR implementations, maintenance, and workflow optimization, with responsibilities across requirements, testing, training, and go-live support.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of IS/clinical experience and Epic Certification in at least one module or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, including IS, clinical, or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Understanding of healthcare business processes and technology, with basic knowledge of healthcare workflows and terminology.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites as required.
• Epic Certification in 1 module is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports Epic Cupid implementations and ongoing Epic EHR optimization efforts.
• Participates in requirements gathering, testing, validation, and rollout activities.
• Provides on-site support during implementations and post go-live stabilization.
• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and facility teams to ensure alignment with workflows.
