Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an Epic Cupid Analyst II to support Epic EHR implementations and ongoing optimization. This full-time hybrid role requires living in Indiana and collaborating with clinical, operational, and facility teams to align Epic builds with workflows.

You will analyze requirements, assist with releases, and train end users while ensuring governance and standard practices are followed. Cardiology exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant IS/clinical experience.
• Understanding healthcare business processes and terminology.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Epic resource during implementations and ongoing support.
• Assist with Epic software releases and new module implementations.
• Participate in testing and validation during upgrades or new modules.
• Configure and customize Epic applications to optimize workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation for business requirements and configurations.
