Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Chicago is seeking an Epic Analysis professional to support and optimize Epic Modules and related systems. The role emphasizes planning, testing, and upgrades, with mentorship for analytics and problem resolution.

The candidate will coordinate with I&T and management on system integration, data preparation for executive reporting, and future IT initiatives. Strong communication across levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification (Beacon)
• Experience with documentation, workflow design and product configuration in a healthcare organization
• Ability to lead across project phases: design, build, validation, implementation and optimization
• Knowledge of technical healthcare applications and interfaces
• Knowledge of SQL, HL7, X12 or other healthcare languages/standards
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with outpatient physician office workflows
• Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure and deadlines
• Strong communication across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Daily operational support and system updates (40%)
• I&T ownership of 3+ Epic Modules or related Application Systems
• Lead planning, test scripts, release notes reviews, testing workflows and upgrades
• Mentor Epic analysis for problem resolution
• Provide On Call Support for system enhancements and new features (40%)
• Investigate complex system errors and coordinate resolution
• Collaborate with I&T and management on evaluating prospective I&T systems
• Lead efforts to connect Epic with vendors or downstream systems
• Prepare data from Epic and other systems for executive reports
• Identify future business needs and coordinate large-scale IT projects
