Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Epic Beacon Analyst II to help implement, configure, and support the Epic EHR across our health system. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows and ensure builds meet organizational standards.

The role requires Epic certification and strong problem solving, with on‑site support during implementations and upgrades. You will train end users and lead testing activities to deliver reliable, user‑friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules is highly desirable.
• Beacon certification highly desirable
• Experience in systems integration, data management, healthcare IT.
• Hands-on clinical experience or IIS background helpful.
• Strong problem-solving and translation of user needs into system functionality.
