Qualifications

• Epic Beacon and EpicCare Ambulatory certifications or accreditations are required.
• 3+ years in clinical, business, or healthcare operations or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire or training completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across the system.
• Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Beacon workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinaries and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Educate system users and mentor other analysts on methods and processes.
• Attend routine meetings to identify and prioritize department needs.
