Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 focused on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to support Epic Beacon workflows across the system, with a current emphasis on oncology and infusion projects. The role requires Beacon and Ambulatory certification and may consider higher levels for strong candidates.

You will collaborate with clinical and IT peers to design, test, and optimize Epic workflows, mentor colleagues, and participate in governance meetings to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technologies, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive healthcare operations experience or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of training if not pre-hired.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work across Beacon and Ambulatory workflows providing continuous support of both modules.
• Design, build, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Epic Beacon and related workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Represent Emory Digital and maintain positive relationships with staff and Epic partners.
• Mentor other analysts and develop advanced knowledge to educate users.
• Participate in routine meetings to identify, document, and prioritize needs.
