Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 focused on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to join our Epic Beacon application team. The role supports oncology and infusion projects, operational initiatives, and ongoing production needs, with certification in Beacon and Ambulatory preferred; level 2 with potential for level 3.

The remote position is open to candidates in designated states; a Bachelor's degree and Epic certifications within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years progressive healthcare Ops experience, or 5 years if no degree.
• Epic certification for area within first 90 days of training.
• Working knowledge of assigned dept areas.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across modules.
• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Beacon and related workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Represents Emory Digital and maintains relationships with stakeholders and Epic partners.
• Mentor analysts and share methods and processes.
