Candidates should hold Epic Beacon and EpicCare Ambulatory certifications; Epic Prelude and Cadence are a plus. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in healthcare are required, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Epic certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare operations experience (or 5 years with no degree).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across modules.
• Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic Beacon and related workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to meet needs.
• Mentor other analysts and expand expert knowledge of Epic applications.
• Participate in routine meetings with department heads to document priorities.
