Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 focused on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to support Epic Beacon workflows and Oncology/Infusion projects. The role requires Beacon and Ambulatory certifications, with Prelude/Cadence as preferred additions, and the ability to coordinate across clinical and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare operations experience or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic Beacon and Ambulatory certifications required within 90 days if not already held.
• Experience with Beacon and Ambulatory workflows and related certifications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across modules.
• Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Beacon workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain positive relationships.
• Mentor other analysts and develop advanced knowledge of system capabilities.
• Participate in routine meetings to document and prioritize needs.
