Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 focused on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to support Epic Beacon workflows across the system. The role emphasizes oncology and infusion projects, with opportunities to lead in optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years in clinical, business, or healthcare operations (5 years if no degree).
Epic certifications within 90 days of training completion or hire.
Knowledge of assigned operational departments; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support for Beacon and Ambulatory workflows.
Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support Beacon and related workflows.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Mentor other analysts and develop advanced knowledge of system capabilities.
Participate in routine meetings to capture and prioritize needs.
