Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Epic Clinical At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to assist healthcare providers during go-live with real-time Epic workflow support. You will work closely with clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff on the floor to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption of Epic processes.

• Epic experience required.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Ambulatory, Outpatient, or Physician Practice settings.
• Prior At-The-Elbow support or Epic go-live experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to support clinicians in a live care environment.

Responsibilities
