Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking an Epic Training & Support Specialist to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. You will work closely with analysts and build teams to relay real-world feedback and ensure successful Epic adoption.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Epic as an end user.
• Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives.
• Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications.
• Share feedback on workflow challenges observed during support and training sessions.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality.
• Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Create and maintain training materials and support documentation.
• Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption.
