Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Epic Clinical At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to assist healthcare providers during go-live with real-time Epic workflow support. You will work closely with clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff on the floor to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption of Epic processes.

Qualified candidates have Epic experience, familiarity with urgent care or outpatient settings, and strong communication skills to support clinicians in a live care environment during

• Epic experience required.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Ambulatory, Outpatient, or Physician Practice settings.
• Prior At-The-Elbow support or Epic go-live experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to support clinicians in a live care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Epic workflow support to clinicians during go-live.
• Walk the floor to deliver direct user support and issue resolution in a live care setting.
