Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I to join the Epic Program Department. The role focuses on analyzing clinical workflows, configuring and validating Epic applications, and supporting end users with incidents and questions.

Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of healthcare/EPIC experience. Travel and after-hours support may be required as part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field; experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical, healthcare operations, information systems, or related experience; Epic experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet Epic training requirements and certification as required; travel/extended-hour support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes clinical workflow needs and configures Epic applications under general guidance.
• Serves as a support contact for assigned Epic apps; troubleshoots incidents and documents findings.
• Implements approved system changes with testing, documentation, and validation.
• Collaborates with SMEs, end users, Epic reps, and other teams to align functionality with business needs.
