Job summary

Ingenuity Group is adding experienced Epic Go-Live Support Consultants to our growing team for an upcoming Ambulatory Epic go-live starting in November. In this role you provide at-the-elbow support to physicians, nurses, and clinical and non-clinical staff as our client activates its new EMR.

You will be on the floor with end users as they work through Epic Ambulatory / outpatient clinic workflows — scheduling, check-in, rooming, documentation, orders, in-basket, and charge capture — answering

• Epic at-the-elbow go-live support experience required.
• Working knowledge of Epic Ambulatory/outpatient clinic workflows.
• Comfort supporting physicians and clinical staff in a live patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Review client-specific training and reference materials before go-live.
• Participate in orientation training specific to the client's Epic environment.
• Support front desk staff, clinicians, and physicians in day-to-day use of Epic.
• Identify, document, and escalate software issues as they arise.
• Respond first to high-priority and critical issues.
• Document clinician satisfaction and system adoption as directed by the client.

Ingenuity Group is adding experienced Epic Go-Live Support Consultants to our growing team for an upcoming Ambulatory Epic go-live starting in November. In this role you provide at-the-elbow support to physicians, nurses, and clinical and non-clinical staff as our client activates its new EMR.

You will be on the floor with end users as they work through Epic Ambulatory / outpatient clinic workflows — scheduling, check-in, rooming, documentation, orders, in-basket, and charge capture — answering questions in real time, building confidence in the new system, and helping the organization transition to Epic without disrupting patient care.

What You'll Do

• Review client-specific training and reference materials before go-live
• Participate in orientation training specific to the client's Epic environment
• Support front desk staff, clinicians, and physicians in day-to-day use of Epic
• Identify, document, and escalation software issues as they arise
• Respond first to high-priority and critical issues
• Document clinician satisfaction and system adoption as directed by the client

What We're Looking For

• Prior Epic at-the-elbow (ATE) go-live support experience is required
• Working knowledge of Epic Ambulatory / outpatient clinic workflows
• Comfort supporting physicians and clinical staff in a live patient care setting
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a calm presence under pressure

Travel & Location

• 100% on-site at the client location
• Candidates local to the NYC metro / tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) will be prioritized
• Must be willing to travel, including overnight stays, as the project schedule dictates
