Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking a seasonally focused Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Concierge team delivering exceptional guest experiences for private lessons and premium resort offerings.

You will support the Epic Ascent Manager with daily operations, coach team members, and ensure service excellence while aligning with Epic Service standards. Role requires 2+ years in guest services or hospitality leadership, 3-5 years overall experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, reservations, concierge, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team with exceptional guest service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Serve as escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests for seamless execution.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operations to drive improvement.
• Partner with Ski & Snowboard School and other teams to elevate guest experience.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
