Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
• Epic Application certification(s) required or achievable.
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to obtain.
• PM certifications (PMP or CAPM) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Critical Incident Management: key team member guiding high‑impact situations.
• Knowledge Sharing: learn quickly, share insights with team and vendors.
• Knowledge Advancement: stay current on products, obtain certifications.
• Project Coordination: lead projects, estimate hours, ensure scope.
• Workflow Optimization: modify workflows, apply standard solutions.
• Mentorship and Coverage: advise colleagues, cover leadership when needed.
