Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced IT Applications professional to lead project and meeting activities, collaborate with caregivers and vendors to configure features, and test new functionalities. You will support upgrades, create end-user materials, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced health system environment.

Expect a full-time schedule, with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and potential signing bonus eligibility discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve, as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and meetings, ensure tasks are completed within scope and guidelines.
• Collaborate with caregivers and vendors to evaluate and configure application features.
• Test new features, develop job aids, and support end-user training.
