Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Senior Epic Client System Administrator to support, configure, and maintain Epic client systems across clinical and operational environments. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams.

You will lead major initiatives, manage Epic components (Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, WEB BLOB, MyChart), and contribute to cloud migration efforts. A strong background in Windows Server and PowerShell is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell) for automation.
Experience with cloud migrations and Azure.
Ability to document procedures and runbooks.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart.
Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
Troubleshoot system issues and performance problems.
Lead cloud migration tasks and collaborate with teams.
Mentor junior team members and communicate solutions to leadership.
