Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is hiring an Application Support Lead to manage enterprise platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery of new features. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, feature configuration, and collaboration with caregivers and vendors to ensure system readiness and success.

You will mentor teammates, develop training materials, and help advance knowledge of current products, system configurations, and industry trends in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve, as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Strong problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
• Able to mentor and lead meetings and communicate with all users.

Responsibilities

• Project and meeting leadership within cross-functional projects.
• Stakeholder engagement with operational staff and vendors.
• Product evaluation, demonstrations and support for application upgrades.
• Investigate and troubleshoot configuration issues; assist in scoping and triage.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to configure features and develop support documentation.
• Develop end-user training materials and test scripts in partnership with training teams.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and promote continuous learning.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and participate in on-call rotations.
