Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to lead the implementation, testing, and adoption of clinical and business information systems. You will collaborate with operational staff to design, configure, and upgrade applications that meet patient-care and operational needs.

The role requires healthcare IT experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) or ability to achieve.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects and ensures tasks are within scope.
• Manages meetings, follow-ups, and communication.
• Evaluates and configures application features with stakeholders.
• Tests new features and develops job aids for support and training.
• Investigates configuration issues and implements fixes.
• Documents and maintains support materials and workflows.
