Qualifications

• Experience with Epic and clinical/business workflows.
• 3 years IT/clinical environment with process mapping and requirements.
• EPIC certification within 6 months.

• Identify and map clinical/business processes for Epic applications.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure systems to meet business needs and test thoroughly.
• Develop training materials and assist with user training.
• Monitor system functionality and drive improvements.
• Communicate status and coordinate upgrades with users.
