Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to support and deliver clinical and financial Epic solutions in a remote-capable role. You will install, configure, test, train, and maintain Epic applications, collaborating with IT, clinical, and operational teams to drive reliable system performance.

You will translate user needs into technical solutions, participate in project planning, and contribute to go-live readiness while following standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or related field.
• Active Epic ASAP certification is required.
• Care Everywhere certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation to maintain functionality and stability.
• Investigate and resolve Epic issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
