Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party apps. Roles span levels I–IV with on-call rotation and remote work, primarily Eastern business hours.

Candidate will work across Epic Cheers and MyChart, ensuring patient safety and quality. The position emphasizes Epic training status, strong analytical skills, and healthcare IT experience, with opportunities to mentor and lead projects while supporting Go-Live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Epic training status, certification, or proficiency as required by level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare IT and leading system analysis projects.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to improve processes, add efficiencies, and promote patient safety.
• Heuristic Design: Promotes the effective use and benefits of healthcare systems, informs workflow and design.
