SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system (Cheers and MyChart) and related third-party integrations. Roles range from entry to expert, with on-call support, remote work from an appropriate home office, and occasional travel for Go-Live or training.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree or equivalent, with Epic experience and certification for higher levels, strong analytical and project management skills, and a focus on patient

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as analyst implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications or healthcare operational experience in the area of application.
• Epic training status/certification required for levels 2-4, with proficiency in primary application and related areas.

Responsabilités

• System Build and Configuration: research and configure systems to improve processes and patient safety.
• Heuristic Design: leverage clinical/business knowledge to inform workflow and design.
