Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an IT professional to design and support Epic-related solutions for clinical services. You will analyze operations, coordinate development, and coordinate testing and deployment with IT and clinical staff.

The role requires experience in IT or clinical environments, EPIC proficiency, and strong project management and communication skills. Remote work is possible from select states with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping and requirements
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in EPIC and related applications, databases and interfaces
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and clinical operations to identify automation opportunities
• Coordinate system development, implementation, testing and maintenance
• Bridge business needs with IT solutions and user training
• Support and troubleshoot Epic and other applications
