Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, and testing experience.
• Experience with Epic or other healthcare applications is preferred.

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic clinical and business processes.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using best practices.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications and reviews.
