Advocate Health is seeking a fully remote Epic IT analyst in imaging services. The role involves mapping and improving Epic workflows, documenting requirements, and coordinating testing and training for clinical and business users.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure successful deployments and ongoing system optimization. The position requires 3+ years in IT/clinical settings, Epic experience, and strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 3+ years IT/clinical experience preferred.
• Epic and healthcare application experience required or preferred.
• Strong documentation, testing and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Translate user requirements into functional designs and specifications.
• Develop test plans, cases and scripts for validation of functions.
