Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, document processes, and provide end-user guidance. The role includes project support, problem resolution, and maintaining training materials.

A strong understanding of Epic environments and patient data privacy is essential. The position is remote-based with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.
Certified Epic Applications within 6 months; Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, rollout, and support Epic software across ambulatory settings.
Analyze system requirements, document, and design workflows; maintain training materials.
Configure changes in Epic environments to standardize workflows; troubleshoot user issues.
Manage small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress and issues.
Perform root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
