Highmark Health is seeking a remote-based Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic application(s). You will conduct business/systems analysis, define requirements, document specifications, and design solutions while communicating with end-users to resolve issues.

You will plan, test, and implement Epic configurations, maintain documentation, and support end-users with standardized workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software needs.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows and user experiences.
• Configure Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and support end-users.
• Lead small to medium projects and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
