Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic modules systems administration experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree (or 2 years relevant work in lieu).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IS/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and performs workflow analysis; documents activities.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
