Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design configurations, and resolve end-user issues in collaboration with staff.

You will plan and implement changes, document workflows, provide end-user training materials, and manage small to mid-size projects with timely updates to stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree required or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Mansioni

• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze requirements and document workflows; support environments and training materials.
• Configure Epic changes to provide standardized workflows and resolve end-user issues.
• Lead small to medium projects and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
