Job summary

Cornerstone Consulting Group, LLC seeks a senior team member to lead the Epic Ambulatory EMR implementation and ongoing support. You will attend Epic Certification classes, develop validation sessions, and maintain comprehensive project documentation from work plans to test results.

The role requires 6+ years in ambulatory EMR implementations, with a clinical background preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential to coordinate upgrades and functionality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting ambulatory units.
• Experience as an analyst for ambulatory EMR solutions is preferred.
• Clinical background and experience are desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior team member for the system implementation and support of Epic Ambulatory EMR.
• Attend Epic Certification classes and pass Epic certification process.
• Develop and implement validation sessions for current and future state analysis and documentation.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation (work plans, issue logs, design docs, test scripts, testing results).
• Maintain ongoing system support including upgrades and additional functionality of the Epic System.
• Serve as primary support contact and coordinate issue resolution for Epic Ambulatory EMR module.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues.
• Provide production on-call support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate should have experience as an analyst for ambulatory EMR solutions.
