Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Certified Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer to join a New York City-based client on-site in Brooklyn. The role starts ASAP and runs through 12/31/2026 with potential extensions.

The candidate should have MST Build, E-learning, and digital content creation experience and be willing to work on-site. Minimum 2–5 years of Epic EMR experience and multiple full life-cycle deployments are preferred, with a clinical background advantageous for documenting and

Qualifications

• Epic EMR experience with inpatient orders workflows.
• 2–5 years' experience with Epic EMR or other clinical apps.
• At least 2 full life-cycle implementations preferred; clinical background preferred.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements, developing functional/technical requirements documents, and communicating requirements to technical personnel via data models, process models, and flowcharts.
• Must be able to report on-site within 48 hours; role requires availability beyond regularly scheduled hours.

• Develop E-learning modules and digital content for training.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.

Our New York City client is seeking an Epic Certified Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer to start ASAP through 12/31/2026 with possible extensions. Big Bang Go-Live scheduled for Q1 2027. Must be able to be on-site in the Brooklyn, NY area.

Requirements

• Epic Certified Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer with MST Build, E-learning, and digital content creation experience.
