Qualifications

• Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
• Translate business requirements into optimized workflows for performance and usability.
• Communicate effectively across management levels and technical staff.
• Creative problem solver reimagining workflows to improve efficiency and UX.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
• Track record delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Expertise in change management driving adoption and improvements.
• Epic clinical application certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Support portfolio and demand management and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with IT and business to leverage technology for operational excellence.
• Lead project activities and provide technical direction for timely completion.
• Analyze initiatives and measure benefits with defined outcomes.
• Mentor IT staff in new systems and workflow enhancements.
• Create mappings of complex systems to show interdependencies.
• Support risk management, communications, and implementation planning.
