Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate will be Epic EHR certified with hands-on experience across core applications and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into streamlined workflows. Strong leadership, change management, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Epic certification (Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.)
Ability to translate business requirements into optimized workflows
Strong communication across executives to analysts

Responsibilities

Develop and understand business cases and requirements to solve tech problems
Manage relationships and coordinate with IT leadership and business units
Articulate business value and strategy; ensure technology enables operational excellence
Lead projects end-to-end, providing technical direction to teams
Define measurable outcomes and track benefits for initiatives
Mentor analysts and contribute to skills development
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies
