Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with Epic core applications are required, with strong change management and communication skills across management levels.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across senior executives to technical staff.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required; 7+ years information systems/technical project management experience.

Responsabilidades

Lead coordinating and monitoring of project activities; provide technical direction to project team.
Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives.
Translate business requirements into optimized workflows to improve performance and usability.
Drive adoption and sustain process improvements through change management.
Mentor IT staff in workflow and system enhancements; collaborate with IT leadership and business units.
