Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and oversee the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The role requires an Epic EHR certified professional with deep hands-on experience, capable of translating complex requirements into efficient workflows and communicating across executives to analysts. Strong change management and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
Translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
Communicate effectively with audiences from executives to technical analysts.
Creative problem solver who reimagines workflows for efficiency and user experience.
Strong understanding of software architecture and end-to-end workflow design.
Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
Track record delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Expertise in change management and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

Develop and understand business cases and requirements to solve technology-related problems.
Assist in business relationship management, strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management.
Maintain productive relationships across IT and business functions; articulate value and strategy.
Lead coordination and technical direction to ensure project completion per standards.
Analyze initiatives and measure outcomes with processes and tools.
Mentor IT team in workflow and functionality of new/enhanced systems.
Contribute to staff development and performance reviews.
