Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The candidate must be Epic EHR certified with deep experience across core applications, and capable of translating complex requirements into streamlined workflows while communicating effectively with executives and analysts.

Qualifications

• Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows.
• Effective communication across all management levels, from executives to analysts.
• Creative problem solver reimagining workflows for efficiency and UX.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
• Track record delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Expertise in change management to drive adoption and process improvements.

• Develop and understand business cases and requirements to solve technology-related problems.
• Assist in business relationship management, strategy, and portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain productive IT and business relationships and research industry best practices.
