Job summary

RES is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee utility-scale EPC projects on-site, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction from kickoff to completion, coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams and interfacing with client representatives.

The role requires strong leadership, site-based execution, and the ability to drive project performance across phases while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• 4+ years EPC Project Management experience or equivalent.
• Travel 76–100% of the time; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC project from start to finish including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams and client stakeholders.
• Develop and manage Project Execution Plan and schedule; oversee permits and approvals.
• Lead risk, change, and contract administration to ensure on-time delivery.
