Job summary

RES is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee EPC projects for utility-scale sites in Phoenix. You will own project execution, coordinate safety, quality, schedule and budget, and manage client relationships from kickoff to closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering/PM/Construction Management, 4+ years EPC PM experience, ability to travel 76–100%, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management.
• 4+ years EPC Project Management experience.
• Must be able to travel 76–100% of the time.
• Site-based role requiring coordination across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project management from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.
• Manage client relationships and contract administration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and monitor Project Execution Plan and critical path activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
