Job summary

energyRe LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of utility-scale solar projects for the Owner. You will oversee pre-construction planning, EPC selection, contract execution, and construction management through closeout, interfacing with EPCs, consultants, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

You will also contribute to process improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive construction project management experience, preferably renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing EPC contracts and owner’s representative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from development handoff through construction completion and turnover to operations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to Owner’s objectives.
• Direct EPC contract execution, including change management, claims mitigation, and risk management.
• Communicate and report updates between all stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, and reporting for the Construction group.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior team members and develop best practices.
• Support EPC RFP processes, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Draft and review scopes of work for construction-phase activities.
• Champion safety, quality, and environmental stewardship across projects.
