Job summary

RES is seeking a Project Manager I to lead utility-scale EPC projects on site. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction from initiation to close, coordinating EPC activities with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 4+ years of EPC PM experience, with ability to travel 76-100% of the time. Manage client relations and project performance with accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years or more EPC Project Management experience.
• Ability to travel 76-100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project execution plan and manage EPC delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction with site operations; ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Manage change orders, risks and contract administration; report status to clients and stakeholders.
